Alimony
Alimony or alimony is one of the elements that usually generates the most conflicts in the separation, divorce or breakup processes of unmarried couples with children in common.
We call alimony the financial compensation that, if the circumstances so require, must be provided by one of the parents after the breakup to contribute to the maintenance of the children.
